Since
initial foundation in 1984, we have gradually been growing up to a professional
manufacturer in producing marine, shipboard, offshore cables.
The annual production output of cables has been up to 12,000km in length
and 150 million RMB in amount at the end of year 2003.
When
referring to population and area, Yangzhou, a city of Jiangsu province
where our factory is located at, shall be deemed at most as a
medium-scaled city, however, it is well-known and famous for its long
history, brilliant culture, beautiful sceneries, pleasant weather, booming
economy, as well as its special status in every Chinese people’s heart
– the hometown of Mr. Jiang Zemin, the President of People’s Republic
of China. The total area of our factory is more than 20,000m2,
among which 8,000m2 are used for constructions.
Among
our total 300 employees, more than 100 are technicians holding different
expertise and know-how technology in cable researching and development,
production, testing, quality management and control; 20 are administration
staffs; the others are workers that everyone of whom has received
technical training before serving his or her station.
There are total more than 300
various sets of equipments and facilities applied in different sectors for
cable production, testing and researching.
The
products offered by us mainly includes shipboard and marine power,
lighting, control, instrument and communication cables and wires designed
for all kinds of vessels, ships, offshore buildings, rigs, platforms,
nuclear power plants, naval warships submarines and etc. In addition to
traditional rubber or plastic raw material based cables, we had already
developed out cables with special electric, physical and mechanical
properties such as fire resistant series, flame retardant series, oil
resistant series, halogen free low smoke low toxicity series; impervious
corrugated welded aluminum or copper tube armored series and etc.
Aside
from performing production in accordance with China’s national
standards, GB and JB, IEC standards,
we are also able to supply cables made in line with IEEE, UL/CSA, DIN, NEK
rules and standards.
We
obtained ISO9002 certificate from BVQI France in 1998 for qualified system
of quality management and control. We also hold in hand with dozens of
type approval certificates issued by CCS, GL, LR, DNV,
RINA,
BV, ABS, NK for
almost all of our cables.
